2.0 social tools at work are really useful in order to learn from others and demonstrate who you are and things you do well. No doubt that it boosts shared knowledge and efficiency of the whole company.

Well, if web 2.0 is what that IBM employee expressed... we should absolutely be away from that tide.
The final goal of this guy is show up himself, and he´s wrong. He seems to be more focused in get a wider reach and pretend he´s cool than in doing something really different and useful.
